HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People team as a strategic partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will collaborate with leaders across Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.

About the Role:

  • Leading complex case management and employee relations matters
  • Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building
  • Driving initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture

About You:

  • Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes
  • Strength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders
  • Proven HR/ER experience in complex environments
  • Relevant HR qualifications (or equivalent experience)
  • Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's values

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
