  • Ensure the EMR remains reliable, stable, and available for operational use.

This role contributes to the maintenance and development of the EMR, delivering high quality analysis and solutions to ensure it reaches its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and development of the EMR.
  • Analysis and solution delivery.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a computing or health related field.
  • Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) or equivalent certification.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML.
  • Experience in programming using Cerner Command Language (CCL), PowerInsight Explorer, Discern Analytics (DA2) and mPages.
  • Broad knowledge of healthcare service operational requirements and clinical information systems.
  • Australian working rights.
Desirable:
  • Experience working in a tertiary hospital environment.
