The role of Research Administration Specialist is to support the Research Office in enhancing research performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes to enhance service delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse workflows, identify areas for innovation, and drive the optimization of research support services.
  • Lead and supervise a team of administrative officers, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent documentation and service delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain oversight of governance activities, including managing documentation, coordinating operational calendars, and ensuring content is standardised and consistent across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
