About The Role

The Technical Service Manager is responsible for the effective management of the Infrastructure Support Team that delivers business performance outcomes ranging from infrastructure operational processes to internal controls that provide value and mitigate risk.

This role is responsible for the management and compliance of infrastructure services located in Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure. This includes services such as Azure Container Services, virtual servers, Fortinet firewall appliances located in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.

On some occasions, this role will liaise with external third-party vendors that have been contracted to provide support services for key infrastructure such as networks, security, and applications development.

Key Responsibilities
