Marketing Generalist

We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to join our dedicated project team focusing on Masterpiece AI, our flagship product. As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a key role in promoting Masterpiece AI in the global market and taking it to the next level.

• Strategic Planning
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Market Research
  • Conduct market analysis and trend research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop marketing strategies based on market data and insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing projects.
• Campaign Management
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote Masterpiece AI.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
• Content Creation and Management
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media posts) to showcase Masterpiece AI's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Manage CRM and co-create marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• SEO and Website Management
  • Update content on the website dedicated to Masterpiece AI to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Event Planning and Management
  • Plan and organize webinars, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase Masterpiece AI's capabilities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT product company or startup.
• Excellent spoken and written English - minimum C1 level.
• Practical knowledge of tools like CRMs, Mailchimp, Asana, Notion/Confluence.
• Independence in performing duties and a collaborative spirit to work across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and possess a 'can-do-attitude', while being excellent at organizing work.
