Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, including revenue, profitability, and cash flow analysis.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with sales, finance, and functions leaders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Special Projects: Lead special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability, such as revenue growth, pricing strategy, and capital investment planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  • Education: Master's degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent Excel modeling skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Language: English fluency is mandatory.
