Front Counter Customer Service Representative

Job Title:
">Our pharmacy is looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our front counter, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.
">Responsibilities:
">- Operate the register and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy.">
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with basic customer enquiries.">
- Maintain a clean and organised register area.">
- Assist with light merchandising or front-of-store tasks as required.">
Requirements:
">You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working with people. You take pride in your attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy when handling transactions.
">Previous retail or register operation experience is preferred but not essential. You should have confidence in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems, strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, reliability and a good work ethic.
