Job Description

We are seeking skilled customer service representatives to fill a counter staff position for our car rental business.

The selected individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling phone inquiries, interacting with customers in person, and completing their rental agreements efficiently.

This role involves inspecting vehicles upon check-out and return, among other tasks. The schedule will rotate, and the successful candidate must be available to work weekends (though not every weekend). Adequate compensation will be provided accordingly.

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a valid driver's license and proof of COVID vaccination. Prior experience in office or customer service roles is also required.

This opportunity allows individuals to develop their skills in customer service and sales. Our location is conveniently close to Mascot station, making it easily accessible by train.
