Mancini's Italian Restaurant in Belfield is looking for new front counter staff members

Having been established in Belfield for over 30 years, Mancini's is indeed an icon of Belfield. People come from all over Sydney to experience our traditional pizzas and delicious food. Eric's mission is to offer his patrons the best Italian food with great service in a warm and inviting environment.

**Requirements**:

- Passion and enthusiasm for good food and customer service with a good attitude and a willingness to learn
- Effective communication in a team environment and can follow directions and be part of a larger team
- Love to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Initiative-taking in problem-solving, time management and involvement in day-to-day operations
- Assist customers with orders and purchases in-store and over the phone as required
- Processes a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently via the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean environment
- Fluency in English
- Reliability and punctuality with a high standard of personal presentation
- Background in food or hospitality is preferable

**Schedule**:

- Flexible hours
- Shift work - must be available on weekends
- Working a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends

**Experience**:

- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour
