We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our flagship fleet. As a leader in the field of fleet management, you will have extensive knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions. You will develop strategic plans to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce operational expenses, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic fleet management plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee the full fleet lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operational expenses
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the fleet team
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A business or related qualification
