We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our engineering team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate daily workflow in the workshop.
- Provide technical guidance and support to management.
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage and develop the engineering team.
- Oversight of stock orders and inventory to maintain cost-effective levels.
- Conduct fleet inspections to a high standard.
- Rlevant trade certificate with experience in heavy vehicle or bus fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
- HR Licence, or willingness to obtain one.
- Proficient in record keeping, office administration, and computer programs.
