Job Title: Fleet Management Specialist

Job Description:

As a Fleet Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our fleet operations. This includes ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of our fleet records, as well as managing logistics administration associated with national fleet processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders including subcontractors, operations, and site managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Investigate discrepancies in claims processing and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate heavy vehicle registrations and insurance documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage logistic administration associated with national fleet processes, including tolls, fuel cards, and registration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to have experience in office administration, preferably with fleet or logistics experience. You should possess strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a complex and diversified organization.
