The Fixed Wireless and Satellite Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in providing expert support to the Service Assurance team, focusing on incident management, escalation handling, and delivery of complex programs of work across the nbn network.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve Fixed Wireless and Satellite incidents with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records through Salesforce, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Ensure service levels are met by effectively communicating with internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers.
