Wireless Solutions Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our partners.

  • We are seeking an experienced Wireless Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our partners in the APAC region.

About the Role:

  • This role involves working closely with our partner teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • You will be responsible for capturing and prioritizing feature requests from partners, contributing to solution development, and coordinating with internal teams to tailor materials for the APAC market.
  • A key part of this role is guiding our partners through trial setups, proof-of-concept builds, and demo environments, while coordinating with enterprise support teams.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience supporting tech partners like resellers and distributors to deliver secure networking and wireless solutions that work in real-world environments.
  • Skilled at explaining complex ideas clearly, whether in writing, presentations, or team discussions, with a creative approach that keeps people engaged.
  • A self-starter who consistently delivers results, takes ownership, and builds trust through integrity and accountability.
  • Understands business goals and works well across teams to align technical solutions with commercial success.
  • Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, mobile networks, VPNs, and cybersecurity tools, plus familiarity with advanced networking setups and industry certifications like Cisco and Ericsson.
