About the Role

KBR is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our GWEO MSP Program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a defence environment, collaborating with other experienced project managers and stakeholders.

As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and completing project progress and milestones through scheduling.

You will forecast, perform scheduling analysis, identify project development needs, and use your experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to provide advice while contributing to the proactive development of the project by implementing and communicating initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Revised and updated Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in line with industry standards, including DEF (AUST) 5664.
  2. Assisted in the development and maintenance of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects.
  3. Prepared schedule reports, including cartoon schedules, for estimates and reporting meetings.
  4. Identified potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to project schedules.
  5. Mentored CASG project management personnel on current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above.
  • Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool.
  • Able to work autonomously and meet demanding milestones.
