The Role

This is a compelling opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead programmes and consulting services for Defence clients in Land domain environments.

Our ideal candidate thrives in collaborative settings, possessing exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to support project outcomes.

  • Experience in managing programmes or projects within the Land domain is essential.
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven knowledge of Army's modernisation agenda as articulated by the NDS and IIP is crucial.

  • Active NV1 security clearance (or higher) is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are vital.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficient planning and communication capabilities.
Highly Regarded (Ideal) Skills & Experience

Previous experience in CASG or Land Capability Division within AHQ or 5-10 years in programme management roles is highly regarded.

  • Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Programme Management are desirable.
  • Familiarity with developing ODCS capability definition artefacts.
