Job Title: Senior Transaction Specialist

Role Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead complex transactions, mentor junior team members, and build strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transaction support - execute buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects including planning, analysis, interviews, and report writing
  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
  • Advisory services on Sales and Purchase Agreements
  • Financial forecast reviews and analysis
  • Lead and train junior team members in transaction execution
  • BUILD AND MANAGE STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

You are a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for transactions and a solid foundation in financial analysis. You have a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
