About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Strategic National Oncology Account Lead to join our global team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing sales territories, customer relationships, and marketing activities to achieve/exceed territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet/exceed sales and growth targets, deliver budgeted revenue, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners through face-to-face appointments, department meetings, and product education sessions.
  • Industry Insights: Attend conferences to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the team.
  • Territory Planning: Develop annual strategic territory action plans and revise quarterly to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of success in Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management, preferably with a national focus.
  • Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields.
  • Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success.
