Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the institute's programs and attract prospective students.
  • Analyze and evaluate current and future trends of students, including international market insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and advise on the creation of marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for courses, workshops, and training programs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategies and provide insights and market intelligence to the management.
  • Analyze and review pricing strategies to boost enrolment and establish strong partnerships with student recruitment agents.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Australian experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform statistical marketing analysis and skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Experience in media buying, planning, strategy, and activation.
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
