Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused, and customer-driven.
This is a unique opportunity to deepen your skills in neurodivergence and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities- Work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and align with their interests.
- Meet participants in their community setting to work on transferable skills that shape their everyday lives.
- Collaborate with colleagues who share your passion for person-centred, strength-based approaches and life-changing outcomes for Autistic people.
- Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy or speech pathology.
- 1-3 years of experience in speech pathology or occupational therapy.
- Experience in disability services is an asset but not required.
- A self-starter eager to deepen skills in neurodivergence.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia or willingness to obtain.
