Neurodiversity Caseworker Opportunity

This role involves working one-to-one with individuals to understand their needs, strengths and challenges, creating tailored support plans that incorporate neurodiversity-informed approaches.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of working with and supporting children, people or vulnerable adults with neurodiverse conditions in a casework, advocacy or support role.

  • Proven experience working with children, people and/or vulnerable adults delivering effective interventions resulting in positive outcomes.
  • Experience independently addressing safeguarding issues with children, people and adults at risk of violence or exploitation.
  • Skilled in conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying the needs of people at risk of significant harm.
  • Extensive experience managing a caseload of clients presenting with support needs and achieving set targets for employment outcomes with sensitivity to diverse needs and trauma.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A professional, collaborative and flexible approach to your work.
