About This Role

As an Educator, you will:

  • Develop personalized learning environments for neurodiverse children and their families.
  • Collaborate with our advisory board and multidisciplinary team to design intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while being adaptable and thinking outside the box.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our Neurodiverse Children's Hub.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience.
  • A genuine passion for working with neurodiverse children and a deep understanding of their unique needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Gestalt Language Processing.
  • Understanding of Early Intervention and Social Communication.
  • Familiarity with sensory processing issues and strategies to provide assistance.
  • A profound understanding of Neurodiversity and ADHD.
  • Eagerness to learn and pursue professional development opportunities.
