Corporate Solicitor Role

The corporate solicitor role is a senior position within our organisation, responsible for providing legal advice across various aspects of financial and corporate law.

This includes contracts, inquiries, and other matters related to the running of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have post-admission experience in government or private practice.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced solicitor who can provide high-quality advice, prioritise and manage a complex workload, and demonstrate a flexible and practical approach to problem-solving.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to advise on a wide range of issues, including:

  • Corporate governance
  • Contract negotiation

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our legal policies and procedures, and work closely with our stakeholders to achieve our organisational goals.
