  • Monitoring and reporting on technical compliance through performance KPIs.
  • Fostering collaboration and capability development in cross-functional engineering teams.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in engineering standards, technical governance, or assurance within complex operational environments.
  • Understanding of assurance processes, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead work and influence cross-functional teams, focusing on high-quality engineering outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across operational and project-focused teams.
  • Strong experience in technical writing of engineering standards or technical governance.
