Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Professional to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent product quality across our divisions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise to regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making.
  • Lead the management system for ISO9001 certification, guaranteeing consistent quality across all operations.
  • Develop and implement best practice guidelines for inspection, testing, batching controls, mix design, contract review, and training, promoting efficiency and excellence.
  • Identify and implement key improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Measure and track progress against established improvement targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements for Success
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in a technical construction materials role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • An engineering or materials science degree is desired, along with relevant industry certifications.
  • Proven experience in managing continuous improvement programs, driving business outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • A working knowledge of QEST, Australian Standards, Infrastructure Specifications, and Low Carbon Concrete guidelines is essential.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify business opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability.
