National Event Operations Director Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Event Operations Director to lead our operations team and drive excellence across all departments.

  • Lead the Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production & Technical teams with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Champion a high-performing team culture with strong collaboration and values
  • Drive innovation in production methods and technical offerings
  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and delivery of projects on time and to specification
  • Ensure best practice WHS standards and foster a proactive safety culture
  • Oversee production methods, build standards, and compliance with Australian regulations
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to support peak project delivery
  • Manage Real Estate Portfolio Management to optimise real estate assets for operational efficiency, client experience, and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory management and warehouse and logistics coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Project Management, Creative, and Finance
  • Lead weekly operations meetings and provide regular performance reporting to the Executive team

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership skills and strong operational expertise within the events industry. Experience managing large teams across Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, and Production and Technical teams is desirable.
