Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, including dispatch planning, transport coordination, and delivery management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch volumes with stakeholders and transport carriers.
- Monitor and provide transport volume data to carriers for planning purposes.
- Offer regular status updates using Microsoft Office.
- Book deliveries with time-critical customers and audit CBM data to ensure correct vehicle type used for deliveries.
- Manage transport booking and dispatch follow-up, and plan transport and manifest for outbound teams to conduct picking.
- Release delivery orders accurately and keep transport booking records with master files.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in warehouse operations and/or logistics network environments is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proven communication skills with highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Punctuality and professionalism.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Essential report writing skills.
