Rosebank College Five Dock is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Dean of Ministry. This is a permanent, full-time role that will commence on January 22, 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the College's mission and faith formation programs, ensuring that the Benedictine charism and Good Samaritan philosophy are evident in all aspects of the College community.
This role requires a strong leader who can promote the College's Catholic identity and spiritual life, while also developing and implementing effective programs to support the formation of students.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in theology or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a middle leadership role. They will also have a proven track record of working in senior roles in Catholic faith formation and/or mission and/or evangelisation.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader who can inspire and develop innovative learning that engages and values every learner. They will be responsible for promoting the College's vision and goals as a learning community and contributing to all aspects of College life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the College's mission and faith formation programs
- Develop and implement effective programs to support the formation of students
- Promote the College's Catholic identity and spiritual life
- Work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to achieve the College's vision and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with local parishes and the broader community
