About the Role

Leading a Team of Residential Support Workers:

  • Develop and achieve person-centred plan objectives for residents.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, rostering staff and coordinating services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review and maintain resident care/support plans in conjunction with stakeholders.
  2. Provide direct support to participants, including proactive problem solving and personal care.
  3. Participate in an on-call roster, supporting staff and residents outside normal business hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a Supported Independent Living (SIL) program.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of accommodation, group and/or shared living arrangements and disability needs.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop a team and foster teamwork.
