Leadership Position in Residential Aged Care

Our organisation is seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Manager to join our team on a relief basis. This leadership role will involve overseeing the delivery of care and services to residents living in one of our residential aged care homes, including all aspects of facility operations, governance, and resourcing.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience and leadership capabilities aligned with our core Values. An experienced residential aged care background and AHPRA registration are desirable but not essential. The ability to travel and explore new locations is perfect for this role.
