Financial Operations Manager

The Accounts Payable Lead will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of financial obligations. This key leadership role involves driving process improvements, mentoring a high-performing team, and collaborating with stakeholders to support financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and accuracy within the function.
- Provide insightful reporting on accounts payable trends, aged payables, and risks.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth operations.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership roles with a minimum of 6 years' experience. You must have a strong understanding of payables cycle management, financial controls, and compliance standards.
Desirable Skills:- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or service-oriented industries.
