Financial Operations Manager

**Job Overview:**
The Financial Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of an organization. This position involves guiding the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth operation of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an accurate month-end close process within agreed deadlines.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, offering insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the FP&A business partner in developing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee tax compliance and manage relationships with external tax advisers.
- Ensure adherence to debt covenants and maintain reporting to lenders.
- Ensure payroll compliance and accurate, timely processing.
- Stay updated on relevant tax and payroll regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow functions.
**Requirements and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and payroll compliance.
- Experienced with ERP systems and financial management software.

- Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and financial operations.
- Proficient in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong ERP skills; WIISE or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is advantageous.
