As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of non-process infrastructure within the mining and oil & gas sector.

The company provides quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services to clients. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team that primarily comprises engineers and asset verifiers.

Key responsibilities include coordinating asset data loads from field to Asset register in CMMS system, ensuring proactive management of preventative maintenance for new clients, and reviewing schedules and costs for Preventative Maintenance activity with Technical FM team.

Additionally, you will assist contracts and asset management services staff in areas of asset management, data maintenance, and provide guidance on key asset management systems, levels of service, whole life-cycle costing, risk management to asset officers and key personnel.

Ongoing Improvement of Asset Management processes and supporting sites with implementation of the same is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
