Program Manager for Sustainable Solutions

Are you a motivated and strategic leader passionate about driving sustainability and optimizing customer experiences? We are seeking a Product/Program Manager to own the Programs and Processes improvements' roadmap across Sellable Yield, Vendor Returns, and Disposal Avoidance in Australia and Singapore.

This role is highly visible, requiring someone who is driven to make a significant impact. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver tangible results.

As a Product/Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the vision for our Programs and Products, with a focus on increasing financial recovery from Customer Returns
  • Collaborating with business and Operations partners to optimize existing processes and identify new opportunities for improvement
  • Contributing to strategic planning and presenting complex topics to senior leadership
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation
