About the ERP Lead Position

As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in driving short- to medium-term plans related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related systems. You will report directly to the Group Manager Enterprise Applications and be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business performance through technical innovation and change.

The successful candidate will have experience managing the day-to-day support of ERP systems and other related systems. They will also have a proven track record of supporting the development and deployment of cost-effective and innovative technology solutions that add value to the business. Leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to lead a small team of System Analysts and mentor them in service and project delivery.

You will be responsible for managing vendors and ensuring they deliver on their key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will engage key stakeholders to understand the wider operational context and business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes. A tertiary qualification in IT, Business Systems, or another relevant discipline is desired, along with significant relevant experience in mid- to large-sized organisations.

Experience with Pronto ERP and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and great stakeholder engagement skills.
