Job Overview:

The Process Improvement Manager will be part of the Centre of Excellence team, working on an exciting project to redesign and improve critical processes. This includes process simplification and standardization to enhance customer and employee experience (EX), as well as translating the brand promise and ensuring our culture focuses on customers and employees.

The successful candidate will partner with business process owners and other members of the Centre of Excellence team to deliver outcomes, utilizing process improvement methods and tools, including Lean Six Sigma and Human-Centered Design principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Delivery: Leading complex projects to diagnose, evaluate, and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Leading cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners across different areas of the business to uplift process capability and maturity.
  • Process Redesign: Analyzing data on existing business process performance, identifying root causes of poor performance, and designing solutions for improvement.
  • Strategic Program CX Support: Providing advice on product and process design initiatives, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront.
