We are seeking a seasoned Urban Planner to join our team in Brisbane. This opportunity will enable you to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to high-impact land use planning and policy projects.

As an experienced Urban Planner, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of strategic land use planning projects for public sector clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and public-facing documents that communicate complex planning concepts clearly and persuasively;">
  • Providing high-quality planning analysis and advice informed by current government policies, regional and local priorities, and stakeholder needs;">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in economics, urban design, transport, infrastructure advisory, community planning, and stakeholder engagement;">

This role is ideal for someone who holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience within an Urban Planning firm-based environment is also desirable. Strong knowledge of strategic planning and related legislation, gained in a consultancy or local/state government environment, is highly valued.
