Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Urban Design Professional with 2-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level and contribute meaningfully to high-profile urban projects across Queensland.

As an Urban Design Professional, you will work alongside a talented group of landscape architects, urban designers and planners on a diverse portfolio ranging from high-density residential, affordable housing, urban realm and public open spaces to education precincts and master-planned communities.

This role is ideal for a graduate with 2+ years industry experience who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to all stages of urban design - from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site analysis, concept development, design documentation and construction detailing
  • Produce high-quality drawings, reports and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support senior team members with project coordination and delivery
  • Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders under guidance
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that values quality, accountability and innovation

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in urban design or a related field
  • A strong foundation in design thinking and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Emerging skills in hand drawing and visual communication
  • Awareness of relevant codes, standards and council requirements
