Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Airline Operations Manager to lead our Passenger Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and business issues of the team.

This includes controlling flights, dealing with competing stakeholder priorities, and ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation. You will also be responsible for delivering customer-centric services, managing on-the-job team coaching and training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Leadership experience and a commitment to driving a customer-centric services culture
  • Ability to work as a leader of a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure a coordinated approach to clients' requirements
  • Work in a safe manner at all times
  • Ensure adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures and processes
Desirable Criteria
  • Secondary language desirable
  • Previous experience in an operational environment where Standard Operating Procedures are in place and adhered to
