Junior Operations Manager
">- About the role:
- This is a part-time, permanent position that involves being a 2IC and Educational Leader.
- We are seeking an experienced individual to support our staff in delivering high-quality programs for children.
About you:
">- You will have experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator.
- You will hold or be working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood.
- You will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP).
- You will be passionate about supporting staff to develop their skills and provide opportunities for further training and development.
Responsibilities:
">- To work collaboratively with staff to deliver high-quality programs for children.
- To provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they continue to strive for excellence.
- To identify and respond to children and young people at risk.
- To provide first aid in an education and care setting.
