Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is dedicated to developing large-scale renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders, including:

  • Responding to HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data
  • Liaising with other departments and functions
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Assisting supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars
  • Performing orientations, onboarding, and updating records with new hires
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
  • Supporting other functions as assigned

You will report directly to the General Manager, Pacific, and work closely with the HR team in the Head office in Denmark. This is a full-time permanent position that offers career progression opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in HR coordination/management or a relevant human resources/business administrative position. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Human Resource Management certification
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • The ability to use MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • An in-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, such as resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
