Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Solution Consultant.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with customers and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide technical guidance and support
  • Acknowledge business challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy
  • Own Customer Success Plans and technical evaluations
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • Tech Expertise: In-depth understanding of software development and technology trends, experience working with customers and providing technical guidance, ability to adopt a consultancy role, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field, relevant certifications and training
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, proven track record of success in providing technical guidance to customers
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and development
