Job Overview

The APAC HR Business Partner role is a critical position that requires an individual with strong HR expertise to support the region's growth and development.

This role involves developing and implementing local People Plans, managing performance management systems, employee relations, talent management, onboarding, promotions, salary reviews, and providing insightful people analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR-related matters for APAC-based colleagues
  • Develop and own local People Plans for client groups
  • Manage Performance Management, Wellness, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Onboarding, Promotions, Salary reviews, and People MI
  • Build trusted relationships and provide hands-on and strategic support to the APAC Partner Lead(s)
  • Support, advise, coach, and upskill people managers with a range of experience
  • Deliver training programs across APAC that educate and upskill people on best practices and ways of working
Requirements:
  • Experience within HR, ideally in a HRBP/HR Generalist role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and application of local labour law requirements
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder management capability
  • Self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and operate with good judgement and risk lens
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and areas of the HRBP role not previously encountered
