About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity based in our Bundaberg office, with a 3/2 office/work from home split. As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll provide administration support, liaise with our valuation team, and contact clients to secure successful appointments. You'll be the 'go-to' person for your allocated Valuers, helping them by booking appointments and supporting them with high-level report writing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the valuation team
- Liaise with clients to secure appointments
- Book appointments for Valuers
- Support Valuers with high-level report writing
- Manage stress under pressure
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous customer service experience
- Friendly, helpful, and courteous phone manner
- Efficient and able to coordinate appointments
- Able to manage stress under pressure
