About Our Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Handy Person to join our team on a mobile basis, covering multiple sites and supporting various tasks.
  • This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on pools, spas, fencing, patios, decking, reticulation, and playground equipment.
  • You will also be responsible for carrying out room and house renovations, including painting, tiling, fixture replacement, and minor carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance checks and address any issues promptly.
  • Carry out renovations, upgrades, and repairs to accommodation units and outdoor areas.
  • Update digital logs and capture photos of completed jobs.
  • Support retail operations, assist with deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other teams to deliver high-quality site services.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to site rules and procedures.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Trade qualification (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) or strong multi-trade maintenance experience.
  • Proficient in using hand/power tools and outdoor equipment.
  • Familiarity with pool and spa maintenance is an advantage.
  • C class driver's license required; forklift license highly regarded.
  • National Police Clearance and work references essential.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt across sites.
  • Strong computer literacy for managing digital work orders and communication.
