Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in empowering both direct sales teams and channel partners to succeed.
This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you will partner with account managers, channel managers, marketing, and product to build tailored sales resources and campaigns that drive business wins. You will be responsible for driving outbound marketing activity alongside the sales teams, facilitating seamless onboarding of channel partners, and using data and insights to pinpoint sales opportunities and improve conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to create targeted sales resources and campaigns.
- Drive innovative marketing initiatives that support sales growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes for channel partners, delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing tactical decisions to optimize sales performance.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales enablement professional who can bring creativity, passion, and results-driven mindset to this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement, operations, or training, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, operations, or training (ideally in telco, SaaS, or B2B).
- Excellent facilitation, project management, and communication skills.
- A marketing mindset and creative approach to turning campaigns into sales wins.
- Experience supporting direct and indirect sales channels.
We provide a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with collaboration and social interaction. This role offers broad exposure and impact across sales, marketing, and product functions, allowing you to shape how sales enablement drives growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
