We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts by developing and implementing tailored sales resources and campaigns.
About the Role:- Partner with account managers, channel managers, marketing, and product teams to build strategic sales enablement plans.
- Drive outbound marketing activity and collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Foster seamless onboarding of channel partners and facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement, opportunities, and measure the ROI of sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging sales materials, such as sales sheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, operations, or training, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and ability to leverage data to drive sales performance.
- Excellent facilitation, project management, and communication skills.
