Support Worker for Vulnerable Children
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing essential services to vulnerable children and their families. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing safety plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working collaboratively with parents, family members, and other services to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child or young person.

- A relevant diploma or degree qualification is preferred; however, applicants without a relevant qualification can demonstrate at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to drive are also required.
- In addition, the successful applicant must be fully vaccinated and able to provide acceptable proof of vaccination status.

About Your New Role:
Your primary responsibility as a Support Worker will be to respond to reports about a child or young person who may have been harmed or where there are safety concerns. You will work closely with parents, family members, and other services to develop safety plans and undertake risk assessments.
