Child Care Specialist

At a leading provider of social care services, we have an exciting opportunity for skilled Child Care Specialists to join their team.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services, focusing on the well-being and safety of the children in your care.
We are looking for individuals who possess strong report writing and support planning skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable populations.
Requirements:- A third-level qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in a caring role, preferably in a residential setting, is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
