About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Governance Expert. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise risk management and governance across our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management Team to develop and implement key frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and benchmarks to identify areas for enhancement and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage technology solutions to support framework execution and extract valuable data for monitoring and reporting.
  • Design and deliver engaging communications and training programs to ensure successful framework implementation.
  • Prepare and coordinate comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management within large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prepare high-level reports.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, present, and report complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology platforms is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong project management skills, a process improvement mindset, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with well-developed communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks/projects in a timely manner to a high standard.
  • Tertiary degree in risk management, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
