About the Role
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Governance Expert. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise risk management and governance across our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Risk Management Team to develop and implement key frameworks and policies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and benchmarks to identify areas for enhancement and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology solutions to support framework execution and extract valuable data for monitoring and reporting.
- Design and deliver engaging communications and training programs to ensure successful framework implementation.
- Prepare and coordinate comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management within large-scale organizations.
- Proven ability to coordinate and prepare high-level reports.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, present, and report complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology platforms is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong project management skills, a process improvement mindset, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with well-developed communication and influencing abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks/projects in a timely manner to a high standard.
- Tertiary degree in risk management, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
